The Bible tells us that He died on the cross, and then rose from the dead to show that death couldn’t stop Him. But more than that, it gives us the chance to be in a relationship with God.

When we come to Jesus, we are forgiven for our sins. John 1:12 says, “To all who received Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God.” When we trust in Jesus as our Savior, we receive forgiveness and eternal life. Romans 5:8-9 says, “But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Since we have now been justified by His blood, how much more shall we be saved from God’s wrath through Him!”

Jesus is the only way to receive forgiveness and be saved from God’s wrath. But it’s not just about avoiding punishment; it’s about having a relationship with God. Jesus said in John 14:6, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”
