Our Savior
Jesus is the Savior of humanity. He was born to a virgin named Mary, lived a sinless life, and died on the cross for the sins of all people everywhere. After three days in hell, Jesus rose from death and ascended back into heaven. He will return one day to judge both those who are alive and those who have already died.
All through Scripture, God makes it clear that He is the savior of humanity – no individual could save themselves, so God sent His only son, Jesus Christ to earth to die on a cross for our sins. This act of complete selflessness changed everything for all people who put their faith in Him.

The Global and Local Church’s Purpose
The Church is mentioned throughout the Bible, its importance highlighted repeatedly. Before Jesus left this earth to return to heaven, He called twelve men to be His apostles – people who would work with Him on His mission of making disciples and teaching the Word of God until the day He returned.
It was through these initial apostles that the teachings of Jesus Christ were faithfully passed down throughout the centuries, despite persecution and opposition. Churches emerged as communities of believers who came together to worship God, learn about Jesus, and support each other in their faith. Churches were often persecuted by the political powers of the day, but this never stopped them from continuing to survive and grow – thanks to strong leadership (such as the apostles) and strong community. Each of them was guided by teachings found in the Bible, which was written by prophets and passed on orally to be memorized.
Now, they can be found globally. There are many churches in Karachi. The Churches in Karachi focus on living out the teachings of Jesus Christ – to love God and one another and share His message with those who do not yet know Him. Prayer and Intercession
When most people think of prayer, they think of asking God for things – for themselves, their loved ones, or for the world. But prayer is so much more than that. Prayer is communication with our Heavenly Father, and it can be used in many different ways.
One way to use prayer is as intercession – which simply means praying on behalf of others. When we pray as intercessors, we are asking God to intervene in the situation and to work on behalf of the person or people we are praying for. We may not always understand what God is doing in a particular situation, but we can trust that He hears our prayers and will answer them according to His perfect will.
Intercession is a powerful tool that we can use to pray for people who are sick, hurting, or in need – whether they are family members, friends, co-workers, or even strangers.
Another way that we can use prayer is to pray for the world around us. As Christians, we understand that God created everything and still rules it all – which means that He has the power to fix what is broken. We are called to pray for peace, justice, the church, the government, and more – for all of these areas can be used by God to either accomplish His will or thwart it.
We are also called on to pray for ourselves – so that we might have strength in our daily struggles so that we can be victorious in all that we do. Through prayer, God promises to meet all of our needs, so that nothing is without His care and provision for us.
The Bible & Understanding Scripture
Jesus came preaching the Word of God – going from town to town proclaiming the good news of His message and teaching people about how to live a life that is pleasing to God. He also emphasized the importance of rightly interpreting what was written in the Old Testament – for it gave God’s instruction on how His people should live and worship Him.
God created us with a desire to know Him, so there are many ways that we can encounter Him today – through prayer, worship, service, and spending time in His word (the Bible). God’s Word is living and active, which means that when we read it, He speaks to us through it.
The Bible is the most important book for Christians because it contains the message of salvation – how people can be forgiven of their sins and receive eternal life with our Heavenly Father.
Worship The Lord!
Worship is an important part of the Christian life – it’s one way that we can connect with God and show Him our love and reverence.
Worship can be expressed in many different ways, but at its core, worship is simply a response to who God is. When we take the time to praise and thank Him for all that He has done, it draws us closer to Him. It also reminds us of how much we need Him and how small we are in comparison to His greatness.
Worship is also a way of proclaiming Jesus’ victory over sin and death. By lifting our voices in song and declaring His goodness, we are joining with the angels and saints in heaven in proclaiming that Jesus is Lord!
