Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ
Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He is the one and only way to be saved and have eternal life. John 14:6 says, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.”
Jesus Christ died on the cross for our sins. He took on Himself the punishment that we deserve. Isaiah 53:5 says, “He was pierced for our rebellion, crushed for our sins. He was beaten so we could be whole. He was whipped so we could be healed.” When we accept Jesus Christ as our Savior, we are forgiven and have eternal life.

Discipleship
When we become a Christian, we are called to follow Jesus Christ. This involves discipleship, which is learning to live like Jesus Christ. In Luke 9:23, Jesus says, “If any of you wants to be my follower, you must give up your own way, take up your cross daily, and follow me.”
The Importance of Community/Being Connected to a Church
God designed the Church to be a community where believers can come together to worship Him, encourage one another, and be equipped to do His work. Hebrews 10:25 says, “Let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near.”

Why Should We Get Baptized?
Baptism is an important step of obedience for a Christian. It is an outward symbol of our faith in Jesus Christ. Romans 6:4 says, “For we died and were buried with Christ by baptism. And just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glorious power of the Father, now we also may live new lives.” When we are baptized, we are proclaiming to the world that we are followers of Jesus Christ.
When we become a Christian, baptism is one of the first steps we take. Baptism is an act of obedience to Jesus Christ and symbolizes our faith in Him. It shows that we are united with Him and His Church.
The Bible
The Bible is the Word of God. It is a guide for our lives and tells us about God’s plan for us. “You have been taught the holy Scriptures from childhood, and they have given you the wisdom to receive the salvation that comes by trusting in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right. God uses it to prepare and equip his people to do every good work” (2 Timothy 3:15-17).
We should read the Bible regularly and allow it to guide our lives. One way to do this is by studying the Bible systematically. This involves reading through the Bible from beginning to end, taking time to understand what each passage means.
Another way to read the Bible is by looking at specific topics or areas of life that we want to know more about.
Evangelism
One of the purposes of the Church is to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ to the world. Ephesians 3:10 says, “God’s purpose in all this was to use the church to display his wisdom in its rich variety to all the unseen rulers and authorities in the heavenly places.”
We are called to share our faith with others and to make disciples of Jesus Christ.
The Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity, and He is just as important as God the Father and Jesus Christ. The Bible teaches that the Holy Spirit is a person, not an impersonal force.
The Holy Spirit has many roles in our lives. He helps us to understand the Bible, leads us into truth, and gives us power to live for Jesus Christ. He also comforts us when we are going through difficult times. 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 says, “All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. God is our merciful Father and the source of all comfort. He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others. When they are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us.”
God the Father
God the Father is the first person of the Trinity. He is the one who created everything and is in control of everything. He is also a personal God, who desires to have a relationship with us.
He is loving and merciful, and He desires for us to come to Him through Jesus Christ. John 3:16 says, “For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.”
God the Father is a personal God who desires to have a relationship with us. He is loving and merciful, and His desire is for us to come to Him through Jesus Christ.
